1. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 1 hour of placing your order.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of unused products within 30 days of receipt.
Tresstrendhair VIP members may enjoy exclusive return benefits based on membership level. For more details on our VIP perks, please refer to your member account or contact our support team.
A prepaid return label is available for U.S. customers.
For international customers, we will reimburse shipping fees based on your shipping receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipping if their free return quota has been used.
Returns due to errors on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped) will not count toward your free return quota.
Note: Each order is eligible for one free return within 30 days.
2.1 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must meet the following conditions:
Hair must be uncut, unbleached, uncolored, and unaltered.
Lace must be intact, with no cuts or trims.
Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in hygienic condition.
Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept used wigs or those showing signs of wear.

To exchange a product, please follow the same steps as a return.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will ship the replacement product within 3 business days. If a price difference exists, we will contact you for the necessary adjustments.
